OAK KING and HOLLY KING.

 

The Autumn equinox has just passed, and so the winter Holly King is now in power over the land. Not until Midwinter, when the Holly King is at his height, will the Oak King be born again, taking power back from the Holly, at the Spring equinox. Be easy on us this winter, Holly King.
