PORTRAITS: fractures...

 

I did these self portraits a few years back - scanning, printing, cutting up, rescanning, digitizing. It was based on the hear/see/say no evil - ending with a 'now what?' portrait. I liked the idea of fracturing at the time - still do. I tend to write about moments, take photographs of moments - frozen fractures of time that somehow fit into the larger corralling of fractures that is a life.
